Just to give everybody a complete run down.

An to those claiming this skill is useless.

It targets 10% maximum HP * Period *

So wether the enemies HP is half, quarter, or full, it will do the same amount of damage each an every time.

For example, Against General Boss Mutoh it does - 18k Damage every time you use it.

Battle Turtle - 13K Damage.

Ape King - 9k Damage

How it that useless every time you use it?

Considering it only uses 10 chakra?

An has a cool down of 10?

Considering when you base it on the fact that Five Elements Consuming Skill does 25% but has a cool down of 49 once used?

So if you have Dance of Fujin which I * Have *. You can use it on top 3 bosses like four times?

So four times 10% on General Mutoh - 18k x 4 = 72,000 in total.

So it's 100 times better than consuming seal.

Uses 2300 less chakra an has four times less cool down time?

I think you get the point here.

It's a very good skill for bosses, especially if you currently are still doing exams for level 60 or up an comings one in the near future.
